"Not my area of expertise but there's no harm in asking them, they'd be able to make the best decision on it," Jonathan replied. He nodded, "I can only understand from a medical point of view and imagine what that is like but know you are not alone. There are plenty of people supporting you, in and out of the medical field I hope."

Zac nodded at his question, "Yeah," he replied. "Maybe I need to talk to them about adjusting my meds." He let out a small sigh. "I'm just, tired," he said. "It's exhausting sometimes, not being as healthy as other people my age."

"You're still young. You've got time to figure your life out," Jon commented, "As long as you look after your heart, that is. Are you still seeing someone about your mental health?" he asked. It was in his medical records ad Jon was aware because of how it impacted Zac's physical health from time to time, "Don't put so much pressure on yourself, Zac. You've done a good job so far, just keep that up."

"I know, I've just been really busy at the shelter, and I don't know, trying to figure out my life," Zac replied. If he was being honest, he had no idea what he was doing with his life and it felt like time just went by so fast and he didn't even realize the day and time. Zac let out a soft sigh. He had been trying to work through it with his therapist, but he had felt like he was falling into old habits, the fear of going outside, of actually living his life. "I'm sorry, I could so irresponsible. I should be better about making sure I take care of this heart."

"Oh good, I can save my voice then," Jon replied with a smile, "Don't forget again though. You know that can be serious, Zac," he continued and gestured for him to take a seat, "Got to do some more tests to make sure everything is still fine."

Zac held up his hands lightly when Jonathan walked in for their semi-annual check up. "Before you say anything, I'm really okay from the E.R. trip the other day. I just forgot to do a couple treatments and my oxygen levels were low. They said that my heart was fine, though I'm sure you have the testing they did to make sure. I really am fine, Caliphe already lectured me a little on it."
